Hi, I’m Britany (she/her).

At Empow(h)er, we are committed to building a community where every voice is uplifted, every story is honored, and every parent is empowered.

Whether you’re preparing for childbirth, navigating the postpartum period, rebuilding strength, or finding confidence in your relationships and career, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

My journey into wellness and parent support began after I gave birth to my first child in 2021. Experiencing parenthood in a post-pandemic world showed me the critical need for strong, compassionate support systems during life’s most transformative moments.

But my story starts much earlier. As the first daughter, I took on a caregiver role from a young age, raising my younger siblings and making household decisions after my parents’ divorce.

I served in the military, where I faced challenges that deepened my understanding of resilience, trauma, and the importance of advocating for oneself and others. I have dedicated myself to causes close to my heart—child sexual abuse, domestic violence, and addiction—while raising my daughter and my niece and working toward creating a more equitable and just world.

Today, I’m proud to run Empow(h)er Women’s Wellness, a space where all parents, regardless of identity, race, or background, are seen, heard, and supported.

Wherever you are in your journey—strengthening your body, preparing for a new life, rebuilding confidence, or finding balance—I’m here to help you align your health, well-being, and values so you can thrive.

Let’s work together to create the life you deserve.

The Empow(h)ered Approach

Becoming a parent can be overwhelming, but you should feel empowered and nurtured in those early months, even if you don’t have it all figured out yet.

Autonomy & Informed Consent

You have choices—about how, when, and if you give birth. Our services equip you with the tools and knowledge to advocate for your health, values, and needs.

Whether expecting your first child or seeking guidance as a seasoned parent, you can trust that you will be heard, supported, and valued at Empow(h)er Women’s Wellness.

Inclusivity

Although our name highlights women, we proudly support and welcome birthing parents of all gender identities, races, ethnicities, religions, and family structures.

We believe no one should have to navigate this transformative time alone.
